Canon wanted to demonstrate how print can play a vital role in creating omnichannel marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement. The company wanted to create a marketing sample package that featured a wide range of print applications and how said applications can help create more dynamic, multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns.

Solution

Canon produced an expansive marketing sample package for Mirasphere, a fictitious paint brand with a broad portfolio of paint products and colors. The pieces showcase finishings like die-cutting, foil stamping and spot UV, and the direct mail components of the package show how the Canon varioPRINT iX3200 sheetfed inkjet press can accommodate variable data printing (VDP) to create highly-targeted, personalized messaging. 

Each piece also includes a quick response (QR) code that opens a digital destination to demonstrate how digital and print components can be seamlessly integrated into a cohesive marketing campaign.
