 Project Brief

It would be an understatement to say it’s toasty in Florida during the summer. As an annual sponsor of the thINK Ahead conference in Boca Raton, global paper company Sylvamo wanted to create a practical giveaway for attendees that demonstrated the superior printability and color quality of their line of heavyweight paper. 

Not only did Sylvamo want the giveaway to be cool, but they wanted the giveaway to help keep attendees cool throughout the event. 

 Solution

A handheld fan proved to be just the application to showcase Sylvamo’s brand of heavyweight paper while also giving attendees a functional, memorable piece of swag. 

The color and design elements reflected the motif of this year’s thINK Ahead — Boca Royale — to help create a cohesive event experience at every touchpoint. The fan was also co-branded with Canon and Sylvamo logos to help ensure the event and the paper remained top-of-mind long after the event closed.    

Printed on a Canon varioPRINT iX sheetfed inkjet press using Accent® Opaque Heavyweights 130 lb. Smooth, this giveaway helped keep attendees both comfortable and engaged.
